Talk and workshop with François Cusset
The ERC Research Project "The Arts of Autonomy" and the Amerika-Institut invite you to a workshop with François Cusset, entitled "Violence: Systems, Circulation, and Resistance."

The workshop will be held via Zoom on Wednesday, February 10th, from
16:15 – 17:45 CET. François Cusset will give a 45-minute talk, which
will be followed by a Q&A session and discussion. The workshop will be
held in English.

François Cusset is a Professor of American Civilization at the
University of Paris Nanterre, and his recent monographs include How
the World Swung to the Right: Fifty years of Counterrevolutions
(Semiotext(e), 2018), French Theory: How Foucault, Derrida, Deleuze, &
Co Transformed the Intellectual Life of the United States (University
of Minnesota Press, 2008), and Le Déchaînement du monde: Logique
nouvelle de la violence (La Découverte, 2018).
